The MP hygiène group publishes its Gender Equality Index 2022 based on the year 2021: 68/100.
This index is calculated on the basis of 4 indicators made mandatory under the law “For the freedom to choose one’s professional future” and obtains the following results:
- The pay gap between men and women: 6.7% in favor of men, i.e., a score of 33/40
- The gender pay gap: 6.08% in favor of men, i.e., a score of 25/35
- % of female employees receiving a pay rise on return from maternity leave: indicator not calculable.
- Number of women and men in the 10 highest paid: score 0/10
The MP hygiène group will take corrective measures to increase its gender equality index.
